Commissioned Projects
A retainer will be required in proportion to the scale of the design project.  Artwork, design prototypes, working models, and production samples are quoted as needed.  On custom work a minimums of 50% is required to start. No cancellations are allowed. Changes orders are on our ability to accommodate, pricing proportionate.

Pricing
All other pricing is F.O.B. Elkhart, Indiana or F.O.B .Thailand, depending on product.
Home Decor Items are available to designers at a discount.
Professional Designers and Installing dealers will receive trade discounts Add new last sentence,
Custom Factory Design, Install and Delivery quoted as per request. We also do design and manufacturing for privet label products.
Drop shipping is available to your business or client.  Smaller discounts will apply.

Lead Time and Availability
Please note that handcrafted items take time to make.  Several standard parts are in stock for immediate shipment.  Most are not and should allow one to five weeks for handcrafting.

Shipping
From Elkhart, IN deliveries are overnight or several days via ground service on parts in stock.
From Thailand, deliveries are approximately 5 to 7days by air, three weeks via Thai postal service, and 12 weeks by containers shipment. 
Shipping is quoted at actual cost, therefore we request that you make payment directly to the shipper.  If necessary, we will make accommodations for accepting your payments.
Ouotes are available for air freight, UPS, postal service of Thailand or by container depending upon your needs.

Terms
Payments can be arranged via cash, check, Pay-Pal, Visa or wire transfer for both product and shipping. All items must be paid for in advance of shipment from our studio at Elkhart, IN or Thailand. Established credit terms may supersede this payment process.

Disclaimer
Please note that handcrafted items are one of a kind creations and not factory manufactured.   Designs may have subtle variations from one piece to the next due to materials and handcrafting.  Therefore each piece has its own desirable uniqueness.  The artist may have selected a particular piece of wood for its beauty due to knots or curves in the grain, for example.  Some may select the base to sit at a slight tilt.  If you look closely you will discover why handwork radiates individual beauty.
